Black Friday

At Contour clothing we do not overinflate prices, we make a fair margin on our clothes. During our Black Friday Sale, ALL items are marked down 15-50%. As everything is on sale, during this week no discounts can be used in conjunction with this sale. If you have a discount code, unfortunately you won't be able to use it this week, but you can save it for your next order! We are always adding new styles, so you'll be able to find something you love later :)

Gift Cards are able to be used.

We know some of you will be buying for Chistmas presents, thats why we have extended out Black Friday returns to the 15th of January 2023!

We always allow you to return for a refund, even on SALE items.

Tracking your order has never been simpler! You’ll be able to get the latest updates on your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

If your order hasn't been shipped yet please check:

1) the date / time it was ordered. If you ordered on a weekend it will be shipped on a Monday, excluding bank holidays where orders will ship on Tuesdays. Orders before 8am weekdays we aim to have shipped that day.

2) Check if your order is a pre-order item, pre-orders will have in the item description the estimated shipping date.

We want to sort out any issues with your order straight away. Please email us at hello@contourclothing.shop with an image of the incorrect item quoting your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping

Yes we do! Prices are calculated based on weight at checkout. Customs charges for international orders are to be covered on the customers end.

Currently we only ship with Australia Post tracked (express and standard available). Please be aware if you order form outside of Australia once the parcel leaves the AU it will be in the care of your national postal service. The tracking number provided on your order confirmation email can be used on your national postal services tracking site for fully up to date information.

We aim to ship your orders within 24 hours, Monday - Friday. If the order is placed on a weekend this will be shipped on a Monday.

Average Delivery times:

AU - 2-4 days

NZ - 5-7 days

ROW - 7-14 days

Returns

In order to make a return your items must be unworn with tags still attached and returned within 45 days of order. (Black Friday returns extended until 15/01/23)

2) A description of the fault

3) A clear image showing the fault
