Please include your order number and let us know whether you would like a return or an exchange and we will send you instructions as soon as we can.
IMPORTANT: Cost of the return postage is at the customers expense and we require a trackable method as we cannot provide credits/refunds for items lost in transit.
We simply ask for a few conditions to be met to ensure we can provide the refund to the payment method supplied or an exchange;
- Items must be returned within 45 days from order
- Items are unused with all tags still attached
- Items as clean of makeup, fake tan, perfumes, deodorants, smells or other marks
- Items are returned in their original barcoded bags
Items will be checked to ensure they comply with the conditions and returned to the customer if not met. Processing of returns will take up to 2 working days once received and are subject to your payment providers terms and conditions. Refunds will be processed online to the original method of payment only, refunds can take 3-10 days depending on your method of payment.
We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue a refund.
