Exchnages

To exchange your items:

  • Please contact: hello@contourclothing.shop to return. Please include your order number and let us know what size you would like to swap for.

IMPORTANT:  Cost of the return postage is at the customers expense and we require a trackable method as we cannot provide credits/refunds for items lost in transit.

We simply ask for a few conditions to be met to ensure we can provide the exchange;

  • Items must be exchanged within 30 days from order
  • Items are unused with all tags still attached
  • Items as clean of makeup, fake tan, perfumes, deodorants, smells or other marks
  • Items are exchanged in their original barcoded bags  
    (Please note, due to the nature of the product, earrings cannot be returned.)

Exchange processing:
Items will be checked to ensure they comply with the conditions and returned to the customer if not met. Processing of exchanges will take up to 2 working days once received and you will be sent new tracking information.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange.

CLOSING DOWN SALE - NO REFUNDS
As we are closing down we are no longer issuing returns for gift cards or refunds.
